Delete from Date’s Settings:
- Sign in to the Date app or Date.com
- Tap the profile icon
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
Delete using the Manage My Account tool:
- Visit the Manage My Account tool
- Sign in using your Date login information
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
Keep in mind
- Deleting your account won't cancel an active subscription.
- Once your account is deleted, you'll lose access to download your data.
- We delay deletion of your profile data for 90 days. These 90 days act as a “safety retention window,” which allows us to maintain any information we might need to investigate harmful or illegal conduct on Date. After 90 days, we'll purge your profile data according to Section 9 of our Privacy Policy.
